Brain washing 101 the science of hypnotism by the media on a mass scale

Brain washing 101

Why do people agree to work at horrible soul destroying jobs to make money to pay off loans for things they don't even need?
why do they then take out a credit card to pay their other credit card?
and then vote for Mitt Romney?

let me break it down for you……

most people throw around the words brain washing…..
but how does it really work?

well....

A suggestion is made
to someone in a restful state

or preferably a hypnotic state
which can be brought about in numerous ways
but for the sake of this lesson let's say it is through repetition……
this could be vocal, light based or both…
sound like something you might have in your living room doesn't?

general belief and confidence in the suggestion by the suggester is preferable

If a suggestion is successfully implanted in the subjects mind deductive reasoning cannot or usually does not happen

that's why the person would not just simply say "hey, that doesn't make sense." and dismiss it like they normally would do

An inductive logic then takes place causing the subject to pursue this suggestion as fact to it's logical result

At this stage it is still possible to snap someone out of the suggestion by a counter argument

it gets trickier however, as time goes on
because the subject then pursues the logic of this purposed idea taken as a truth which causes them to surround themselves in like minded media that usually verifies and expands upon the suggested idea.....

kind of like if you already agree with me and you are reading this now.........

This causes a cyclical logic trigger…..a neural pathway forms and becomes more entrenched in the person's brain like a wagon rut on a well trod road……

that suggestion after a period of repetition becomes that person's reality

this is the point of no return…..or a very difficult return….

This happens to all of us on some level. But once you are aware this is happening you can challenge those pathways and create new ones.....it is very difficult to do, the other trails are overgrown and you have to scramble through the bramble and the old pathways are so easy to walk down but are they worth walking everyday?
it depends on where you are trying to go
but in the meantime...
the easier path becomes a major road......

it is how social norms are created and why people obey them.

and why others do not....
